What services does CuDel Care provide?
We provide trained, non-medical attendants (Caremates) for Elder Care and Baby Care & traditional Japa (postnatal mother + newborn support).
How are Caremates vetted and trained?
Each Caremate undergoes criminal record check, ID & address verification, prior employment reference verification, behavioural & emotional quotient interview, and soft skills plus care etiquette training.
How does the booking and profile selection work?
You pay a refundable booking fee of ₹1,000 + 18% GST (₹1,180). We share up to 3 vetted profiles (virtual or in‑person). If needed you can request up to 3 additional profiles by paying another booking fee. Maximum 6 profiles per request.
When is the booking fee refundable or non‑refundable?
It is refundable only if we cannot provide an attendant within 7 days. It becomes non‑refundable if you hire someone else independently or if we provide profiles but you do not choose any. If you proceed, the fee is adjusted against your package payment.
What subscription packages do you offer?
We offer Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and Ad‑Hoc support with package durations from 1 month to annual plans for both Elder Care and Baby/Japa Care.
How are payments structured?
Installments are paid in advance per the selected package schedule. CuDel Care collects payments on behalf of the Caremates and manages the disbursement.
What is included in Baby Care & Japa services?
Newborn support (feeding assistance, burping, diaper & hygiene), guidance for mother’s recovery and rest, gentle massage (mother & baby), diet support as per family/doctor, and emotional support in a safe nurturing environment.
What replacement allowance do I get with my package?
Annual package: 3 free replacements. 6‑month package: 2. 1–3 month package: 1. Ad‑Hoc services: none. Beyond the free quota, each successful additional replacement costs ₹15,000 + GST.
How does the replacement process work for planned absence?
Inform us at least 3 days prior. A replacement Caremate is deployed up to 2 hours before the current Caremate leaves, ensuring a smooth handover.
What if service quality is unsatisfactory?
Send a written complaint via WhatsApp or Email. We will arrange a replacement within 3 days, subject to your remaining free replacement quota.
Do you provide medical or nursing care?
We specialise in non‑medical attendants. For clinical or nursing needs we can guide you to trusted partners.
Do you operate outside NCR?
Currently we serve NCR only. Share your details and we will notify you when we expand.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes—contact our support team. Terms depend on remaining tenure and any applicable notice period; unused future installments (if any) are handled per the package agreement.
